“The primary mission here was to create the finest office building in the suburb of Folsom.
The location is excellent; only a mile from the prominent INTEL campus. What makes this building unique is how we used the natural contours of the land to create a split level project and underground parking.
This building appears to “float” in the trees of a neighborhood park. Once again, we pushed the envelope on modern design.”
