Third Party Property and Asset Management

Heller Pacific provides full-service property management and asset management services to our strategic partners and third-party clients. Our in-house maintenance team is fully versed in all subjects from electrical to HVAC to help reduce overall operating costs and increase building revenues and performance.

Construction Management and Consulting

Heller Pacific works on behalf of our strategic partners, property owners and tenants to provide securing entitlements,  project management and construction consulting services. Services are tailored to meet each client and specific project needs. We manage the program, design, entitlements, permitting, construction, commissioning and occupancy phases of a project with a focus on building and maintaining a strong project team and delivering a high-quality project cost-effectively and on time.
