Hi-fi bar operator eyes space at The Diggs adaptive reuse project downtown

A new application with the city would establish a bar of about 2,300 square feet in The Diggs, an adaptive reuse project at 1800 Third St. in Downtown Sacramento.

The biggest adaptive reuse project currently in Sacramento’s urban core appears to have a nightlife-focused tenant in one corner.
